Dan Grim
Dan Grim leads operations and client partnerships at LTB Beverage. Before launching the company, Dan spent eight years building and running his own functional beverage brand—giving him firsthand experience with the challenges and pressures brands face at every stage of growth.
That perspective shapes how LTB operates today. Dan believes in treating brand partners the way he wanted to be treated: with clarity, responsiveness, and a shared sense of urgency. He focuses on building a service environment rooted in communication, reliability, and accountability—so clients can move quickly and confidently from idea to production.
Dan holds a degree from Rutgers University and brings a background that blends entrepreneurship, systems thinking, and a deep interest in functional health products.
